A little catering…almost all Aldi…Aldi produce is the best! I wanted to do a big charcuterie board, but did individual cups to keep shared utensils to a minimum.
ETA – In the charcuterie cups – Bacon Ranch Dip – one block of cream cheese, 1/2 C sour cream, 1/2 c mayo, 2 c shredded cheddar, one pack bacon pieces, one ranch seasoning packet. I made 4 batches for 100 servings. I used a cookie dough scoop to put it in the cups. Three crackers, 2 slices of salami, three cheese cubes, 2 olives and half a pickle on a skewer. These were a big hit.
The fruit dip is 8oz cream cheese, 7 oz marshmallow creme. 5 batches for this party. A heaping tablespoon in the bottom of an 8oz clear cup. Chunks of pineapple, cantaloupe and watermelon. 2 grapes and a strawberry on a skewer.
