Best always soft chocolate chip cookies.
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1tsp. Baking soda
1/4 cup white granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 small package Instant vanilla pudding mix (dry)
2 large eggs (room temperature work best)
1 cup softened butter
12 oz. Chocolate chips.
Mix flour and sugar in medium sized bowl. Set aside. Combine sugar, brown sugar, butter, pudding mix , eggs and vanilla . Mix well. Add in chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls (teaspoon for smaller cookies , tablespoons for larger portions. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.. make 3 to 5 dozen cookies depending on size.
