Blueberry pancakes for me and my wife this morning! 
I used 1.00$ pack of Martha White blueberry muffin mix for the pancakes and added 1/4 can of blueberry pie filling to my mix and than used the remaining part of the filling along with some Ready Whip to top them.
Edit: When using the Martha White muffin mix for pancakes add 1 large egg and 2/3 cup of milk to the mix. Using these directions will make approx 8 good size pancakes.
