  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 box Reese’s Pieces

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dough:

  2. Shape the Cookies:
    • Using a mini cookie scoop, scoop out dough and roll it into balls approximately 1 inch in diameter.

  3. Bake the Cookies:
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
    • Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart to allow for spreading.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cookies are set but still soft in the center.

  • For uniform cookies, use a cookie scoop to measure out the dough.
  • If you prefer a chewier cookie, slightly underbake them, removing them from the oven when the centers are still soft.
  • Store cooled cookies in an airtight container to keep them fresh for several days.
