Cake Mix Cookies
Reese’s Cake Mix Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 box Devil’s Food cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 box Reese’s Pieces
Instructions:
- Prepare the Dough:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Devil’s Food cake mix, 1/2 cup of vegetable oil, and 2 large eggs.
- Stir until the ingredients are fully incorporated and a dough forms.
- Fold in the box of Reese’s Pieces, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Shape the Cookies:
- Using a mini cookie scoop, scoop out dough and roll it into balls approximately 1 inch in diameter.
- If the dough is too sticky to handle, place it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to firm up.
- Bake the Cookies:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart to allow for spreading.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cookies are set but still soft in the center.
- Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
