Cheesy Beef and Corn Pasta
Ingredients:
- 2 packs of Knorr Sides Chicken Flavor
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (15 ounces) corn, drained
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika for seasoning
Instructions:
- Cook the Knorr Sides:
- Follow the package instructions to cook the 2 packs of Knorr Sides Chicken Flavor. Typically, this involves bringing water and sometimes butter or oil to a boil, adding the pasta and seasoning mix, and then simmering until the pasta is cooked through. This usually takes about 7-10 minutes. Once cooked, set aside.
- Cook the Ground Beef:
- While the pasta is cooking, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. This should take about 7-10 minutes.
- Season the beef with salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings you like (such as garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika). Stir to combine.
- Combine Ingredients:
- Once the ground beef is fully cooked, drain any excess fat from the skillet. Add the cooked ground beef to the pot with the cooked Knorr Sides.
- Drain the can of corn and add it to the pot with the beef and noodles.
- Melt in the Cheese:
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the pot. Stir everything together over low heat until the cheese is fully melted and evenly distributed throughout the dish.
- Serve and Enjoy:
- Taste and adjust the seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed. Serve hot and enjoy your cheesy beef and corn pasta!
Tips:
- For an extra kick of flavor, consider adding a bit of hot sauce or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
- You can also add some chopped bell peppers or onions when cooking the ground beef for added texture and flavor.
- This dish pairs well with a simple side salad or steamed vegetables.
Enjoy your meal!
