Crockpot Garlic Parmesan Pasta (Buffalo Wild Wings Style) 🍝🧄🧀
Servings: 4-6
Cook Time: 4 hours
Total Time: 4 hours 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 block cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan sauce
- 1 pound chicken breast (boneless, skinless)
- Pasta (your choice – around 8 oz of penne, rotini, or fettuccine)
Instructions:
- Combine the Sauce Ingredients
In the crockpot, combine the cream cheese, milk, shredded Parmesan, and Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan sauce. Stir until smooth and well-combined. - Cook the Chicken
Add the 1 pound of chicken breasts into the crockpot with the sauce mixture. Make sure the chicken is submerged in the sauce. Cover the crockpot with the lid and cook on low for 4 hours. - Shred the Chicken
After 4 hours, remove the chicken from the crockpot. Use two forks to shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces, then return it to the crockpot and stir it into the sauce. - Cook the Pasta
While the chicken is cooking, cook your choice of pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set aside. - Combine Pasta and Sauce
Once the chicken is shredded and everything is mixed, add the cooked pasta to the crockpot. Stir well to coat the pasta in the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce. - Serve
Stir everything together and let the pasta sit in the sauce for a few minutes to absorb the flavor before serving.
Tips:
- If you want to make it a bit thicker, you can add an extra tablespoon or two of Parmesan.
- Try chicken thighs for even more flavor and tenderness, or add broccoli or spinach for some extra veggies.
- For a spicy kick, mix in a little bit of hot sauce or red pepper flakes.
This creamy, flavorful pasta is perfect for a comforting dinner and is easy to make in the crockpot. It’s a great alternative to other garlic Parmesan pasta recipes, and as you said, even better than Olive Garden’s version! Enjoy! 😋
