Cinnamon Roll Bites Recipe (Air Fryer)
Ingredients:
- 1 can of pre-made cinnamon rolls (with icing included)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1-2 tablespoons ground cinnamon (adjust based on your taste)
- Optional: cream cheese & butter for dipping sauce
Instructions:
- Prep the Cinnamon Rolls:
- Open the can of cinnamon rolls and separate them.
- Use a sharp knife to cut each cinnamon roll into 4 equal pieces.
- Air Fry the Bites:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
- Place half of the cinnamon roll pieces into the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don’t overlap.
- Air fry for 3 minutes. Then, flip each piece over with tongs or a spatula and continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the bites from the air fryer and repeat the process with the remaining pieces.
- Cinnamon-Sugar Coating:
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix 1 cup of sugar with 1-2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon until well combined.
- While the bites are still warm, toss them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture to ensure they’re fully coated.
- Serve:
- Arrange the cinnamon roll bites on a plate and serve warm.
- You can dip the bites in the icing that comes with the cinnamon rolls or make a simple dip by mixing softened cream cheese with a little butter for a richer option.
Tips:
- If you like extra crispy bites, add 1 minute more to each cooking side in the air fryer.
- For a creamier dip, use a 1:1 ratio of cream cheese to butter, and heat them together until smooth.
