Ingredients:

  • 1 package of chicken tenderloins (about 1 pound)
  • 2 packs of Knorr’s Chicken Fried Rice (or your preferred flavor)
  • 2 cans of cream of chicken soup (10.5 ounces each)
  • 1 can of chicken broth (14.5 ounces)
  • 1 to 2 cups of your favorite shredded cheese (such as cheddar or a blend)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: broccoli as a side dish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Rice:
    • Open the two packs of Knorr’s Chicken Fried Rice.
    • Pour the dry rice into a large casserole dish (at least 9×13 inches).
  3. Mix the Soups and Broth:
    • In a large bowl, combine the 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and the can of chicken broth.
    • Stir until well combined and smooth.
  4. Combine Rice and Soup Mixture:
    • Pour the soup and broth mixture over the rice in the casserole dish.
