This creamy, cheesy bake is simple to make with ingredients from Sam’s Club and is perfect for a quick and delicious meal with leftovers for the next day!


Ingredients:

  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded (about $4.98 from Sam’s Club)
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce (15 oz, about $2.34)
  • 1 cup chicken broth (or as needed for extra creaminess)
  • 1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese (2 cups, about $2.98)
  • 1 box rotini noodles (16 oz)
  • Seasonings: garlic powder and onion powder, to taste
  • Optional side: Garlic bread

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Pasta:
  • Cook the rotini noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  1. Assemble the Casserole:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread the cooked rotini noodles evenly.
  • Pour 1 cup chicken broth and the jar of Alfredo sauce over the noodles. Stir gently to coat.
  • Sprinkle the shredded rotisserie chicken evenly on top.
  • Season with garlic powder and onion powder to taste.

  • Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
