Easy Rotisserie Chicken Alfredo Bake
This creamy, cheesy bake is simple to make with ingredients from Sam’s Club and is perfect for a quick and delicious meal with leftovers for the next day!
Ingredients:
- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded (about $4.98 from Sam’s Club)
- 1 jar Alfredo sauce (15 oz, about $2.34)
- 1 cup chicken broth (or as needed for extra creaminess)
- 1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese (2 cups, about $2.98)
- 1 box rotini noodles (16 oz)
- Seasonings: garlic powder and onion powder, to taste
- Optional side: Garlic bread
Instructions:
- Prepare the Pasta:
- Cook the rotini noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Assemble the Casserole:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread the cooked rotini noodles evenly.
- Pour 1 cup chicken broth and the jar of Alfredo sauce over the noodles. Stir gently to coat.
- Sprinkle the shredded rotisserie chicken evenly on top.
- Season with garlic powder and onion powder to taste.
- Bake:
- Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
