Fluffy Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients:
- 2 cans of Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls (with icing included)
- Heavy cream (enough to cover the bottom of the baking dish)
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) of unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar, packed
- Additional cream cheese frosting (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Baking Dish:
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Pour enough heavy cream into the bottom of the baking dish to cover it completely. This will help make the cinnamon rolls extra fluffy and moist.
- Arrange the Cinnamon Rolls:
- Open the cans of Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls and carefully separate each roll.
- Place the rolls evenly in the prepared baking dish, leaving a bit of space between each roll to allow them to expand as they bake.
- Prepare the Butter-Sugar Mixture:
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and the brown sugar. Mix well until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the butter-sugar mixture evenly over the arranged cinnamon rolls, making sure each roll is covered.
- Bake the Cinnamon Rolls:
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through. You can check for doneness by gently pressing on a roll; it should spring back slightly when done.
- Add the Icing:
- Once the rolls are baked, remove them from the oven.
- While they are still warm, take the icing that came with the cinnamon rolls and spread it generously over the top of each roll. If you have additional cream cheese frosting on hand, you can add more for an extra decadent touch.
- Serve:
- Serve the cinnamon rolls warm and enjoy their fluffy, gooey goodness.
Tips:
- For an extra creamy and rich flavor, consider adding a splash of vanilla extract to the heavy cream before pouring it into the baking dish.
- If you prefer nuts, sprinkle some chopped pecans or walnuts over the butter-sugar mixture before baking for added crunch and flavor.
Enjoy your delicious, fluffy cinnamon rolls!
