Heavenly Brownie Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients

For the Cupcakes

  • 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup (60g) unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup (120g) semi-sweet chocolate chips

For the Topping

  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream, whipped
  • 1/4 cup (60g) chocolate chips, melted (for garnish)
  • Additional chocolate chips for garnish

Instructions

Step 1: Prep and Preheat

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.

Step 2: Make the Batter

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
