Slow Cooker Kielbasa Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen hash browns
- 1 (14 oz) kielbasa sausage, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
- Optional Seasonings:
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions:
Step 1: Prep Your Ingredients
- Grease the slow cooker with nonstick spray or a light coating of butter to prevent sticking.
- Dice the kielbasa and onion, and measure out the hash browns and shredded cheese.
Step 2: Layer the Ingredients
- Add the frozen hash browns, diced kielbasa, diced onion, and 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese to the greased slow cooker. Mix to combine.
Step 3: Make the Sauce
