Homemade pepperoni lasagna roll ups with cheesy texas toast
Full recipe:
Box of lasagna noodles
6 cups mozzarella cheese
2 cups romano and parmesan mix
2 eggs
24oz pasta sauce
Garlic salt
Italian seasoning
Parsley
Mini pepperoni
Boil noodles until desired tenderness and drain.
Mix 32oz of ricotta, 4 cups of mozzarella, 2 cups of romano and parmesan blend and 2 eggs. Add garlic salt and Italian seasoning to preferred taste.
Lay noodles flat and scoop desired amount of cheese mix onto noodles and spread. Layer pepperonis to desired amount. Roll noodles up.
Spray a cooking sheet and place lasagna rolls into pan. Add a 24oz can of pasta sauce ontop of the roll ups. Spread additional mozzarella cheese (2 cups) ontop of the roll ups.
Place in oven for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
