I made breakfast sandwhiches to put in the freezer for grab and go breakfast! These are sausage, egg and cheese on English muffins. Only .82 cents a sandwich!
I toasted the English muffins in the oven at 425.
Got frozen sausage patties and cooked them in the oven at 425 for about 20 minutes
Scrambled 12 eggs with a little milk, salt and pepper and put in a 9X13 baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Cook them at 300 for 20 minutes.
Cut the eggs into 12 squares put one egg square, one sausage and a slice of cheese (I used provolone and Swiss cause that’s what I had on hand) on the toasted English muffin. Then I wrapped in parchment paper and froze them
