I made fry bread last night and this is my tried and true recipe.
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons melted butter and
1 1/4 cup of milk. Mix all ingredients and let rest 15-20 minutes. Roll dough into balls then flatten out balls on floured surface. Fry on each side in hot oil for 2-3 minutes each side. These are so good.
