This super easy crock pot meal is perfect for a cozy dinner. Follow the detailed steps below to make a delicious loaded potato soup that is sure to impress.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (32 oz) bag of frozen diced potatoes
  • 1 (32 oz) carton of chicken broth
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can of cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning
  • 1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional toppings: chopped green onions, crumbled bacon

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Crock Pot:
    • Place the frozen diced potatoes into the crock pot.
  2. Add Broth and Soups:
    • Pour the chicken broth over the potatoes.
    • Add the can of cream of chicken soup.
    • Add the can of cheddar cheese soup.
    • Stir everything together to combine.
  3. Cook:
    • Set the crock pot to high and cook for 4 hours, or set to low and cook for 6-8 hours.
  4. Add Cream Cheese:
