Loaded Potato Soup Recipe
This super easy crock pot meal is perfect for a cozy dinner. Follow the detailed steps below to make a delicious loaded potato soup that is sure to impress.
Ingredients:
- 1 (32 oz) bag of frozen diced potatoes
- 1 (32 oz) carton of chicken broth
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 can of cheddar cheese soup
- 1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 packet of ranch seasoning
- 1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional toppings: chopped green onions, crumbled bacon
Instructions:
- Prepare the Crock Pot:
- Place the frozen diced potatoes into the crock pot.
- Add Broth and Soups:
- Pour the chicken broth over the potatoes.
- Add the can of cream of chicken soup.
- Add the can of cheddar cheese soup.
- Stir everything together to combine.
- Cook:
- Set the crock pot to high and cook for 4 hours, or set to low and cook for 6-8 hours.
- Add Cream Cheese:
- After the soup has cooked for a while (approximately 2-3 hours on high or 4-6 hours on low), cut the block of cream cheese into cubes and add it to the crock pot.
