Mini Pancake Bites Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Your favorite pancake batter (store-bought mix or homemade)
  • Toppings of your choice (e.g., fruit like blueberries or sliced bananas, chocolate chips, nuts, etc.)
  • Non-stick spray

Equipment:

  • Mini muffin pan

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and allow it to fully preheat while you prepare the batter and toppings.
  2. Prepare the Muffin Pan:
    • Spray the mini muffin pan generously with non-stick spray to ensure the pancake bites come out easily after baking. Set the pan aside.
  3. Prepare the Pancake Batter:
    • If you’re using a store-bought mix, follow the instructions on the package to prepare the batter. If you’re making homemade batter, mix together your ingredients until smooth.
  4. Fill the Muffin Pan:
    • Pour the prepared pancake batter into each cavity of the mini muffin pan, filling each one a little over halfway full. This allows room for the batter to rise.
  5. Add Toppings:
    • Sprinkle your chosen toppings onto each filled muffin cavity. You can mix and match toppings to create a variety of flavors in one batch.
  6. Bake:
    • Place the muffin pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the tops of the pancake bites spring back when gently pressed. The edges should be lightly golden brown.
  7. Cool and Serve:
