Oh my goodness…..GAME CHANGER…the possibilities with the flavor combos are endless!
I did 1 egg, a handful of Italian blend shredded cheese, black pepper, crush red pepper and scallions…mixed together, put half in the waffle maker (spray with a non stick spray, I used coconut spray), let cook for 4 minutes then repeat with the rest of the mix!
Made myself a turkey sandwich!!!! Lettuce, tomato, hot peppers and Turkey!
