Ingredients:
Batter:
- 2 cups pancake mix
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 1 cup cereal (e.g., Fruity Pebbles or any cereal of your choice)
Glaze:
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1-2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions:
- Preparation:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grease your muffin pan and donut pan with non-stick spray or butter.
- Prepare the Batter:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pancake mix and water. Mix until smooth.
- Gently fold in 1 cup of cereal into the batter until evenly distributed.
- Baking:
- Fill the muffin pan with about a tablespoon of batter in each cup, filling them about halfway.
- Pour the batter into the donut pan, filling the bottom of each donut mold.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for approximately 10 minutes, or until the muffins and donuts are golden brown and cooked through. Use a toothpick inserted into the center to check for doneness.
- Prepare the Glaze:
