Pasta Salad:
Tri-colored veggie noodles
Summer sausage
Pepperoni
Multi-colored bell peppers
Little tomatoes
Cubed cheese
Broccoli
Italian dressing
Boil noodles to desired consistency. Cut up other ingredients to desired size. Toss everything with Italian dressing. Refrigerate and enjoy.
Made this dozens of times and personally prefer Olive Garden’s Italian dressing; my kiddos disagree with me on that. Would also be great with olives and feta cheese for a more Mediterranean/Greek taste. Could also substitute for a Greek dressing. Love this pasta salad because it’s versatile. You can have it with a summer picnic, a church potluck, or as your main course.
