  • 1 tsp garlic pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Optional: 1 cup uncooked rice

  1. Prepare Ingredients:
    • Chop the onion and cabbage, and mince the garlic cloves. Set aside.

    • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
