Quick pineapple cake
1× angel food cake mix
1x 20oz crushed pineapple can
Mix cake mix with crushed pineapple with all the juice
I used a manual mixer, no need for electric
Pour into 9×13 greased baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30min.
Let it cool.
Topping:
16oz cool whip
8oz crushed pineapple in a can
1x vanilla instant pudding
Mix all together and top off the cake.
This is a very quick and easy summertime dessert.
