  • 1 tub (8 oz) of whipped cream topping (such as Cool Whip, thawed if frozen)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)

  • Cookie scoop or tablespoon
  • Baking sheets
  • Parchment paper or silicone baking mats
  • Cooling rack

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Your Baking Area:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Line your baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats to prevent the cookies from sticking and to make cleanup easier.
  2. Mix the Ingredients:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the entire box of cake mix and the tub of whipped cream topping.
    • Stir the mixture until well combined. The dough will be thick and slightly sticky.
  3. Form the Cookies:
    • Place the powdered sugar in a shallow bowl.
    • Using a cookie scoop or a tablespoon, scoop out small portions of the dough (about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter).
