Smothered Cube Steak
4 cube steaks; seasoned McCormick Montreal Steak & McCormick
Smash Burger
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can French onion soup
1 packet Au Jus gravy
About 1/2 can water
Sliced fresh mushrooms
Sliced half onion
1. Season steaks and place in bottom of slow cooker.
2. Combine soups, gravey mix, and water and pour over steaks.
3. Top with onion and mushrooms
4. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
5. Serve with rice, mashed potatoes or noodles.
Add a salad or vegetable!
