Stromboli Roll Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated pizza crust
- Pepperoni slices (about 25-30 slices)
- Salami slices (about 10-12 slices)
- Ham slices (about 10-12 slices)
- Cheese (sliced or shredded; mozzarella or provolone recommended)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or 1 minced garlic clove)
- 1 teaspoon parsley (dried or finely chopped fresh)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). - Prepare the Dough
- Unroll the pizza crust onto a flat surface lined with parchment paper.
- Gently stretch it out into a rectangular shape, being careful not to tear it.
- Layer the Fillings
- Layer the pepperoni, salami, ham, and cheese evenly across the dough, leaving a small border (about 1 inch) on all sides to allow for rolling.
- Roll the Dough
- Starting from one long edge, tightly roll the dough into a log.
- Pinch the seam and ends to seal the roll.
- Prepare the Garlic Butter
- Melt butter in the microwave in 30-second intervals.
- Stir in the garlic and parsley until well combined.
- Finish the Roll
- Place the Stromboli seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Using a sharp knife, cut small slits across the top of the dough (about 1 inch apart) to allow steam to escape.
- Brush the roll generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake
