Stuffed sausage with salad is what our dinner was for tonight. Nice and warm while we enjoy our snow that is falling outside. I used Italian sausage, cut down the middle and then place a stick of string cheese inside. Place in casserole dish and top with pasta sauce. Bake 400 degrees for 30 min covered w/foil. Then remove foil and cook additional 20 minutes. Can broil to brown the top if you want to.
