- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked. Alternatively, you can cook them in a skillet over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Allow the chicken to cool slightly, then shred the chicken using two forks or your hands.
- Make the Buffalo Chicken Mixture:
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the entire bottle of Frank’s Hot Sauce. Mix well until the chicken is thoroughly coated.
- Add the ranch dressing to the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
- Assemble the Sliders:
- Cut the entire package of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating the individual rolls. Place the bottom half in a baking dish.
- Evenly spread the buffalo chicken mixture over the bottom half of the rolls.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the buffalo chicken mixture.
- Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese.
- Bake the Sliders:
- Brush the top of the rolls with a little melted butter (optional) and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops of the rolls are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before cutting into individual sliders.
