Instructions:

  4. Add the sauce:
    • Spread a generous amount of your favorite pasta sauce on each bread slice. Use about 1-2 tablespoons per slice, ensuring the surface is well covered but not overly soggy.
  5. Add the cheese:
    • Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce. Use about 2-3 tablespoons per slice, depending on your preference for cheesiness.
  6. Add optional toppings:
    • If you’re using any additional toppings, now is the time to add them. Arrange toppings like pepperoni, cooked sausage, bell peppers, onions, or olives on top of the cheese.
  7. Bake:
