Tried my hand at the KFC Bowl Casserole. Turned out fantastic! I made a 13×9 pan and my 2 guys both had seconds with enough leftover for a lunch tomorrow. This will definitely be in regular rotation. Instant potatoes, frozen roasted corn, chicken, gravy and cheese. 400 until chicken is done. I think it cooked for about 30 mins.
Edit: Bottom layer is 4 cups cooked instant potatoes, then add frozen corn, then frozen chicken, then pour both jars of gravy over the whole thing then top with cheese.
