This is perfect for St Patty’s Day!

Pistachio Bundt Cake

with Pistachio Glaze

Cake

1 Yellow cake mix

3 Eggs

2/3 C water

1/2 C vegetable/canola oil

3/4 C sour cream

1 Tsp almond extract

1 Box instant pistachio pudding mix

Preheat oven to 350

Mix all ingredients and pour into greased bundt pan, bake for 40-45 minutes until cake is golden brown and set. Let cake cool in pan for 5 minutes then turn out onto cake plate. Once the cake has cooled mix up the glaze and drizzle over cake.

Glaze

2 C powdered sugar

1/2 tsp almond extract

3 Tbsp melted butter

1/2 Box instant pistachio pudding mix

3-4 Tbsp milk

Mix first four ingredients until smooth then mix in pudding until well combined, you may need to add a bit more milk to thin out glaze. Drizzle over cooled cake. From Dawn’s Kitchen-Enjoy!
