Air Fryer Tortilla Pizza Burritos
Ingredients:
- Tortillas (flour or whole wheat, depending on preference)
- Garlic butter (for brushing)
- Italian seasoning (to taste)
- Parsley (fresh or dried, to taste)
- Marinara sauce (or pizza sauce)
- Pepperoni (or any preferred pizza toppings)
- Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- Colby Jack cheese (shredded)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Garlic Butter:
- In a small bowl, mix together softened butter with minced garlic (or garlic powder) to taste.
- Stir in Italian seasoning and parsley.
- Assemble the Burritos:
- Brush the inside and outside of each tortilla with the garlic butter mixture.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in the center of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle a combination of mozzarella cheese and Colby Jack cheese over the sauce.
- Add pepperoni and any other desired toppings.
- Roll up the tortilla tightly to form a burrito.
- Air Fry the Burritos:
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
- Place the burritos in the air fryer basket, seam side down. Be sure not to overcrowd; you may need to cook in batches.
- Cook for about 6-8 minutes, or until the tortilla is crispy and golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve:
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before slicing.
- Serve with extra marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
