Tonight’s dinner is the perfect summer special: Wife’s macaroni salad made earlier nice & chilled 🔥💣🔥💣Roasted shrimp salad sandwiches on toasted sourdough cracked wheat bread. Wife roasts the seasoned shrimp with smoky paprika, granulated garlic, 21 salute seasoning a light drizzle of olive and cooks them @ 370 degrees until lightly pink . Let’s them cool – chop into nice chunks add red onion, celery, red bell peppers, scallions & season – add mayo and chill . ( incredible) a healthier version of a po boy sandwich. My wife’s boozy chocolate coconut 🥥 milkshakes insanely delicious 🤤
