  • 1 1/2 cups water

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven:
    • Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) to preheat while you prepare the ingredients.
  2. Cook the sausage:
    • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the 1 pound of breakfast sausage until it’s browned and fully cooked through. Break it up into small pieces as it cooks.
    • Once cooked, drain any excess grease on a paper towel-lined plate. Let it cool slightly.
  3. Prepare the pancake batter:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of pancake mix with 1 1/2 cups of water. Stir until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.

  4. Combine sausage with batter:
