Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
  • ¼ cup of your favorite BBQ sauce

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Green Beans:
    1. Wash and trim the green beans, removing any tough ends.
    2. In a large bowl, add the green beans.
    3. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the green beans.
    4. Season the green beans with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to taste. Toss to coat evenly.
    5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned green beans and mix well.
    6. Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (188°C) for about 3 minutes.
    7. Place the green beans in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 370°F (188°C) for 7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.

    1. While the green beans are cooking, prepare the chicken breasts.
    2. In a resealable plastic bag, add the chicken breasts.
    3. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the chicken.

    5. Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to taste.
    6. Seal the bag and massage the chicken to evenly distribute the sauce and seasonings.
    7. Once the green beans are done, remove them from the air fryer and set aside.
