Ultimate Doritos Nachos Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of Doritos (your choice of flavor)
  • 1 pound ground beef or chicken
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This ensures the oven will be ready when it’s time to melt the cheese on the nachos.
  1. Cook the Meat:
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the ground beef or chicken to the skillet and cook, breaking up the meat with a spatula, until it’s browned and fully cooked through (about 6-8 minutes).
